Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something create_topup_link does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_topup_link itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Magic Master — Audio Mastering's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
