Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something tender_documents does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls tender_documents itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that GenTender — госзакупки России's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
