Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something pubmed__summary does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls pubmed__summary itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Health & medicines's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
