Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something vic_public_holidays does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls vic_public_holidays itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that melb.si data for agents's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
