Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http stratify https://stratify-mcp.aeon-labs.site/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something describe_coverage does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls describe_coverage itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Stratify's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
