Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something find_tableproof_review_offers does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls find_tableproof_review_offers itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TableProof Review and Result Checks's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
