Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something get_appeal does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_appeal itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Dmitry Voluntary Support's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
