Ask for something fedlex.get_memorial does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls fedlex.get_memorial itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that OpenHelvetia Gateway's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
