Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something inter_agent_policy_evaluator does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls inter_agent_policy_evaluator itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PHION Agent Trust Infrastructure's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
