Save the file and restart Claude Desktop.

Ask for something payment_optimizer does. Claude Desktop lists the server's tools on connect and calls payment_optimizer itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that PHION Agent Trust Infrastructure's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
