Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http kaiku https://mcp.kaiku.tech/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something local_files_setup does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls local_files_setup itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Kaiku's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
