Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something decision_optimization does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls decision_optimization itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that vrsai's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
