Save the file and restart Gemini CLI.

Ask for something inspect_csv does. Gemini CLI lists the server's tools on connect and calls inspect_csv itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that CSV File Tools's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
