Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something sourcecheck_check_sources does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls sourcecheck_check_sources itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Ouro Tools's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
