Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something onyx_screen_batch does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls onyx_screen_batch itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Onyx AML's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
