Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something place_take_profit does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls place_take_profit itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Rubin Exchange's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
