Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something autosearch_get_run_paper does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls autosearch_get_run_paper itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that autosearch's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
