Save the file and restart Zed.

Ask for something preview_qr_encoding does. Zed lists the server's tools on connect and calls preview_qr_encoding itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that qart.uk QR studio's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
