Run this in your project directory.
claude mcp add --transport http agent-planets https://planets.agentexchange.work/mcp-

Restart your session so the server is picked up.

Ask for something get_my_planet does. Claude Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls get_my_planet itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that agent planets's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
