Save the file and restart LangChain.

Ask for something issue_gap_map does. LangChain lists the server's tools on connect and calls issue_gap_map itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Measured data: Claude Code and the coding-agent market's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
