Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something extract_structured does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls extract_structured itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that AgentIndex x402's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
