Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something dictionary_lookup does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls dictionary_lookup itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that Torah Library's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
