Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something solknife_pool_compare does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls solknife_pool_compare itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SolKnife's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
