Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something twzrd_watch_add does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls twzrd_watch_add itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that TWZRD Agent Intelligence's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
