Save the file and restart Cursor.

Ask for something check_electricity_meter does. Cursor lists the server's tools on connect and calls check_electricity_meter itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SIMcloud's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
