Save the file and restart VS Code.

Ask for something create_airtime_order does. VS Code lists the server's tools on connect and calls create_airtime_order itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that SIMcloud's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
