Save the file and restart Windsurf.

Ask for something openlibrary_get_work does. Windsurf lists the server's tools on connect and calls openlibrary_get_work itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that openlibrary mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
