Save the file and restart Cline.

Ask for something pubchem_get_compound_interactions does. Cline lists the server's tools on connect and calls pubchem_get_compound_interactions itself — you do not invoke it by name.

If nothing happens, check the server is running and that pubchem mcp server's identifier in your config matches the one above exactly.
